Pricing Structure

Hourly Rate (minimum half day)
To meet your specific needs, I offer flexible service options. My standard rate is based on half-day periods. For services exceeding half a day, an hourly rate of ¥7,700 (inclusive of tax) will be applied. I can tailor my services to include interpretation, driver training, and explanations of internal policies.

On-site service fees are included
Travel costs to your business location are covered in my standard fee.

Advisory Agreement
For clients requiring ongoing support, I offer monthly or fixed-term advisory agreements. Clients with advisory agreements receive priority service and enjoy the benefits.
(The monthly fee for my advisory services will be determined based on the scope of work.)

What Affects the Price

The pricing is determined by several factors:

Time: Weekdays, weekends, and nights
Number of people: Discounts may be available for larger groups.
Duration: Longer contracts may qualify for discounted rates.
Complexity: Highly specialized or urgent projects may incur additional fees.

After-Sales Service

My office specializes in providing on-the-spot coordination services to facilitate smooth communication between foreign drivers and transportation companies. I tailor my services to meet your specific needs through thorough consultation prior to the service.

Generally, my services are provided on a one-time basis and I do not offer after-sales support unless there is a clear error on my part. In such cases, I will make every effort to rectify the situation.

For more comprehensive and ongoing support, I offer a consulting contract. With a consulting contract, you can expect regular follow-ups, prompt responses to new requests, and a more comprehensive range of services.
