Bank Transfer (Post-payment)
To maintain high-quality support and foster deep relationships with each client, I limit the number of engagements I accept. Consequently, I do not utilize mass-market online payment systems.
I kindly ask that all payments be made via bank transfer.
・Transaction Fees: Covered by ITO SAXON MATE.
・Payment Deadline: An invoice will be issued upon completion of the service. Please ensure payment is remitted within 14 days of the invoice date.
・Designated Banks: Heikai Shinkin Bank, Rakuten Bank.
【Handling of Account Information】
To ensure security and privacy, specific bank account details will be provided individually on the invoice sent after the formal agreement is reached. Thank you for your understanding.
【Receipts】
The “Transfer Statement” issued by your bank serves as the official receipt. If you require a receipt in my specific office format, please let me know.
【Cancellation Policy】
As I reserve each date exclusively for one client and perform extensive pre-mission preparation, the following cancellation fees apply for changes made at the client’s convenience:
・7 to 3 days prior: 30% of the service fee
・1 day prior: 50% of the service fee
・On the day of service: 100% of the service fee
