My journey with my dear friend Ramon Saxon, whose name forms part of my office’s title, began nearly 30 years ago during my Working Holiday in New Zealand when I was in my twenties. Since then, we have forged an unbreakable bond, growing together as close as family, sharing dreams, and building deep trust.
While our dream of starting a travel business together never came to fruition, Ramon wholeheartedly supported my new venture and has been a constant source of encouragement during challenging times.
As a mark of respect for him, and to honor the Saxon family—Ramon, his partner, parents, and children—I have incorporated their surname into my office name. This signifies my commitment to building a future together with my clients, drawing on the international perspective I gained from Ramon and my own experiences.

Ever since I was young, I had a vision: to name any small business I started “ITO SAXON MATE,” regardless of the industry. Whether it was a travel agency, a sports club, or even a traditional Japanese confectionery shop, I was determined to use this name.
Following this vision, I established a Labor and Social Security Attorney Office under the name “ITO SAXON MATE Labor and Social Security Attorney Office.” Building upon that foundation, I am now embarking on a new endeavor: providing support services to foreign drivers under the name “ITO SAXON MATE SERVICE”.
