Global Driver Coordination
Bridging the Logistics Industry: Specialized Coordination for the Auto Parts Sector

At ITO SAXON MATE, I serve as a vital bridge between a logistics industry facing serious labor shortages and talented drivers from diverse international backgrounds.
As an active driver in the auto parts sector, I see firsthand the unique communication challenges that arise between transport companies and drivers with global roots.
Driven by the question,
“Is there something I can do?”
I decided to leverage my specific field experience to make a difference.
With my on-the-ground knowledge of the auto parts sector, my professional expertise as a Labor and Social Security Attorney, and the cross-cultural communication skills I have cultivated through global friendships, I provide dedicated support for International talent.
Leveraging these strengths, I facilitate smooth communication between drivers with international roots and transport companies, delivering initial orientations that ensure a seamless transition into post-hiring training and guidance.

Diversity Driver Onboarding & Success

When hiring inexperienced drivers, regardless of nationality, companies are legally required by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) to conduct special instruction and practical driving training totaling at least 35 hours.
Carrying out this intensive training with drivers who face language and cultural barriers presents a major challenge for transport companies.
My service utilizes English as a universal language within the complex automotive parts logistics sector to support a smooth transition into post-hiring training.
Rather than operating as a recruitment agency, I serve as a coordinator to bridge language and regulatory gaps, ensuring your directly hired drivers can hit the road safely and efficiently.
I handle complex cross-cultural communication to help rapidly transform new hires into reliable assets—offering comprehensive support from English job advertisement creation and interview accompaniment to practical initial orientations designed from my perspective as an active heavy-duty driver.
*Please note: This service is designed to facilitate smooth onboarding and does not directly replace the legally mandated 35-hour training program.
